Our Crew Manning Division is spearheaded by Master Mariners and Chief Engineers having over 30 years of sailing experience on different Types of vessels, ranging from Oil tankers, Chemical tankers, to Capsize, Afframax and Panamax. With vast and combined experience of our senior executives who are spearheading our Manning Division, we are able to offer qualified and experienced Officers and Crew, holding valid certificates required as per IMO Regulation/ISM Code /STCW 95/2010 and available for deployment at short notice.
Apart from oil/chemical tanker vessels, we are also manning other types of vessels such as Bulk Carriers, General Cargo ,Containers, RORO&PCC/PCTC and various types of Offshore vessels such as AHTs( DP I & II), Supply Vessel, Standby/rescue/support and cable laying vessel, accommodation barge, research/survey vessel.
We have a pool of well trained and experienced seafarers such as Master, Chief Officer, 2nd Officer, 3rd Officer, Deck Cadet, Chief Eng., 2nd Eng, 3rd Eng, Engine Cadet and assessed & certified crew such as Welders, Mechanics, Fitters, Electricians and other crew who have the experience on board oil tankers, bulk carriers, offshore fleet, Jack up drilling rigs. Invariably all the officers/crew and technicians do hold current and valid certificates, besides as and when required they are being sent for due familiarization courses as per need to internationally recognized and approved Marine Training Institutes.

Ship Management
MSA Marine Services Pvt. Ltd. provides commercial management service to 3rd party owned vessels mainly by using our professional expertise in commercial management, crew management, technical management, H&M and P&I insurance, general administration and accounting as per standard BIMCO ship management agreement, Our document of compliance for managing 3rd party vessels are issued by Bureau Veritas on behalf of UAE and Panama flag state authority.

Chartering Service
Chartering is an Important part of business and we have rapidly developed a department in our company to extend the range of services offered to our clients.
Depending on the type of ship and the type of charter, normally a standard contract form called a charter party is used to record the exact rate, duration and terms agreed between the shipowner and the charterer.
We are actively involved in all aspects of chartering / brokering from spot market fixture to long term charters and contracts.

Technical Management

- Technical Management of ships comprises all of the sectors that maximize the efficiency and physical condition of a vessel throughout its working life. The services we provide to our clients (ship-owners) are always in compliance with the requirements of industry regulators, recognized statutory bodies, the law of the proper Flag State and the places where the Vessel is required to trade.
- We monitor the vessels' performance closely to ensure optimum operating efficiency. Further, ships under our care are inspected at regular intervals by the superintendent concerned to follow up on all aspects of shipboard operational matters and to maintain an active contact with the vessel.
- We also always ensure that a strict approach to safety and security is maintained and we also promote a high consideration for the protection of the environment. All ships are operated in an environmentally safe manner and supervisors continually maintain safeguards against identified risks.

Ship Recycling Demolition
MSA Marine Service Pvt Ltd. Provide well experienced crew and officer’s team to complete one stop solution to vessels heading on their final voyages for Demolition from any location across the world. We have presently four teams in our database which can be used for four different vessels.
Ship dismantling and recycling is by definition an environmentally friendly activity contributing to sustainable development by reducing pressure on the quality and quantity of natural resources. Any size or type of vessel can be recycled.
